Terms of Use

LM Station is an iOS AI platform application that provides:

• AI-powered chat and conversation capabilities
• Integration with multiple AI service providers
• Deep research and web search functionality
• Knowledge base and document processing
• Various AI-powered tools including weather, maps, calendar integration, and more

LM Station offers the following in-app purchase options:

• A recurring monthly subscription that unlocks all premium features. The subscription automatically renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• A one-time purchase that permanently unlocks all premium features. No recurring charges apply.

Free Trial: New users may be eligible for a 2-day free trial period. During the trial, you can access all features. After the trial ends, a subscription or lifetime purchase is required to continue using premium features.

As a user of LM Station, you agree to:

• Use the service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms
• Provide accurate information when configuring API keys and services
• Not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the application
• Not use the service to generate harmful, illegal, or offensive content
• Keep your API keys and credentials secure
• Comply with the terms of service of any third-party AI providers you use through the app

LM Station integrates with various third-party AI service providers. When using these services:

• You are responsible for obtaining and managing your own API keys
• Usage is subject to the respective provider's terms of service and pricing
• LM Station is not responsible for any charges incurred from third-party services
• Service availability depends on the respective third-party providers

LM Station and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by the developer and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Content you create using the application remains your property, subject to any applicable third-party AI provider terms.

LM Station is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Accuracy, reliability, or completeness of AI-generated content
• Uninterrupted or error-free operation
• Fitness for a particular purpose
• Security of data transmitted to third-party services

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use the service
• Any content generated by AI services
• Unauthorized access to your data or API keys
• Third-party service interruptions or failures

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the service at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive.

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

By continuing to access or use our service after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the developer operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
